This is advertised as a new unit, opened only for unlocking. Yet, there are two reviewers that say it was not a new item, with scratches. The seller certainly has a good rating, though. If it is really new and really from LG, then why wouldn't it have a standard warranty?
Excellent condition, however, minor blemishes and finger print can be expected due to handling and unlocking. Several buyers have posted negative reviews about the item's condition and criticizing the seller's ethics
"NW" stands for No Warranty
14-day returns for full refund; 15-30 days 20% restocking fee applies

We sell to almost anyone, anywhere in the world; most of the brands do not honor warranty if the item was not purchase from their store in that country.
Most of our items are unbranded items and that means they don't have any service carrier logo on them and therefore they are considered as International version which the factory doesn't honor warranty.
Some items are very old models and they are discontinued models, we buy them as liquidation lot and they don't come with factory warranty.
I can't speak to today and this tablet, but these are the same sellers (qualitycellz) from whom I bought my V410 tablet back in Jan/15 and it works great. We rarely use the TMo free 200MB/mo but it's there if we need it.
