Netgear CM600 Cable Modem $89.99 at Amazon

Lowest price I have seen for this Cable Modem. Docsis 3.0, 24x8 bonded channels, Up to 960Mbps Broadcom chip.

Will require a router.

Nice price on the modem!

Just a heads up (and warning maybe) for TimeWarnerCable/Spectrum users that the CM600 is not on the "regular" rotation of modems for techs at the moment. They still use the Motorola 6183 as the mainstream modem and thus will give you a harder time troubleshooting with online customer support to get a tech to roll out to your location should you need help with any problem.

Spectrum also recently dropped the modem lease fees - so if you want to run your own hardware you're more then welcome to but it's not as vital as it use to be. Techs will have brand new 6183's to give out to you/swap if you have a service call; but can't do anything if you have your own equipment.

Comcast approved?
