If you have an American Express card, access your mobile or online account. In the "offers" area, you could have an $100 off of $500 to spend at NCL offer that you can add to your account. I am not quite sure how this offer is assigned. It may not be for all cards (gold, platinum, business, etc.) or for all cardholders. This is the second time I have received the offer in the last year. Luckily, I have had balances to pay on cruises so I was able to use it.

Happy Shopping/Cruising!

For example, your transaction will not qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. By adding an offer to a Card, you agree that American Express may send you communications about the offer.

If you are using a travel agent they are simply submitting payment to NCL on your behalf using YOUR credit card.
Your AmEx card is what is charged.
The charge will show up as Norwegian Cruise Lines.
