Searched the forums and didn't find anything on this.
The install link appears once you've logged in into your Cox account.
Installation instructions for Windows:  instructions
I had to call in the customer service for installation instructions, as the install link only worked in the Internet Explorer (with some tweaking).
Seemed like a good value, - I am no longer bothered with looking for a good anti-virus every year... Most cable providers provide some sort of anti-virus software, so if you are with another provider, it is worth researching.
good luck!

Yes as McAfee is truly a bloated software POS that is more likely slow your pc and downloads.  Got it free after rebate and $50 rebate so installed on 1 PC and uninstalled it right away - talk about bloated POS.  MS's SE is plenty for most people.

Actually, this came as a replacement for Kaspesky, and so far it does a much better job by far. I don't know how long ago you used McAfee, but the current version is very lightweight and effective, you don't even notice it running in background, and immediately upon initial scanning it detected several issues that Kaspersky overlooked. Very happy with it.

McAfee is a virus itself. The only difference is, you install it knowingly.
