I think this is the same exact computer that Micro Center is selling for $389 (in-store). See this thread:

Sales tax is 11% in Chicago. Newegg saves you 30 bucks.

No, definitely not worth it. It will cost you $60+ for higher power supply, $200+ for a decent graphics card, and the mainboard only has one 3.0 USB slot. Not to mention that there is no SSD in this build, and you don't even know how heat exchange capacity of this case is yet. For me, by component calculation, this system should cost around $250. $389 is not worth it.
