I own two 950s. They are a good value performance per dollar but it is quickly being overtaken by the latest gen cards.

BTW, I paid $100 each AR about 9 months ago.  Very happy with them ...

seems rather Meh. .. would expect 960s to be at this price point by now.
It's not a perfect comparison, but you can get an MSI 2GB GTX 950 from Newegg for $102.99 after a $30 rebate. (+$3.99 shipping if you don't have Newegg Premier)

Despite complainers warning that all rebates are scams, I've done hundreds over the years and only had a few real issues.  The key is knowing yourself.  If you're likely to forget about it or do things halfassed and not follow directions or bother with duplicates for your records, then you might be better off avoiding rebates.
