arguably the regular price is $29.99. more time at that price than at $99. one of those things that would lower Sears BBB score if they had the ability to lower it anymore (i didn't check, but would have to guess low)

I have one of these - for the regular price of $29.  Had the opportunity to use it and found that the drive end for the medium-larger torx sockets are so unnecessarily fat (3/8 drive), and the bit itself so short, the damn bit can't fit into tight spots without having to be slightly sideways.  Sucked.  I'm now on the lookout for a few bits that have a longer bit portion or a smaller (1/4 drive or skinny 3/8 drive) drive end.  Great for open-spots but when removing engine components, this toolkit will sometimes be worthless.
