Purchase a qualifying PC regularly priced  $399.99 or more. Any sub $200 on sale?

Cheapest I can see is a 15.6" HP for $250. Next is an 11" Dell for $320. Biggest saving is a 12" HP for $330 (reg $630).

Not much to choose from.

So I went to our local OD in San Diego and the manager told me two things:

1. They can not participate in the trade in program locally in San Diego County.
2. The online Trade In program will only accept i3 processors and above.

I did call another San Diego OD store and confirmed item 1 - but I'm doubtful of item 2. I was looking at buying online and submitting my Pentium PC online - but now I don't think I'll chance it.
