In-app purchases were made from your account between November 2011 and June 3, 2014. If any of these in-app purchases was the result of a purchase made by a child under the age of 18 and the charge was not authorized by you—and you haven’t already received a refund for that charge—you might be eligible for a refund from Amazon

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

• Use this link to sign in to your Amazon account and review your qualifying in-app purchases.https://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/refund-orders/in-apprefund/ If you would rather not use the link, you can find this message through Your Account on Amazon.com. Look in the Message Center under “Important Messages.”

• Review the displayed instructions and select any eligible in-app purchases that were made by a child under the age of 18 that you did not authorize.

• Click “Submit.”

Amazon will review your request and may contact you for additional information if necessary to determine whether an identified charge qualifies for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted no later than 5/28/18.
