The easy way to understand if the rebate works at your store is to ask yourself if there is a Menard's local to you.

Or look up your store Here

The store list is also on the last page of the rebate form. The rebate comes via e-mail. A lot quicker than Menards.

I do not understand what this is.  Is it an 11% discount on gift cards purchased or an 11% rebate on purchases made with a Lowes gift card?

My store isn't on that list, which only has 6 listed in my entire state. The rebate list has 23 for my state, one of which is my local store. I don't know where this list is from, but it's clearly far from accurate.

It's strictly a rebate that you will receive as a gift card a few weeks after submitting.  The good part is that you can add to your savings by  using gift cards and coupons for the initial purchases.

While some people are saying that list isn't "complete," it also includes stores that are NOT included in this offer. Specifically, there is one near me on the list you've linked here, but they're not offering this 11% rebate.

Well there's at least one thing I can say about Lowes with absolute certainty.    Is that your YMMV

Exclusions? Link/paste of more information?  I see nothing on Lowes ' main page here. Information is very vague.

right on the home page for me but probably because I set my local Lowes store as "My Store" prior and it is included in the list giving the 11% rebate. Rebate form attached...

All rebates are a PITA. Just use a coupon.

*** YMMV ***
Since the Lowes rebate is good for in store and online, last time (about a month ago) when I bought a riding lawn mower (free shipping) from Home Depot and asked about the Lowes 11% rebate promotion, I got shot down by the Home Depot phone reps. But the Home Depot online chat reps gave me the discount. Basically he asked me to place the order online and then tell him the order number via the chat. After that, he just apply 11% discount directly on the order.

But this is of course is YMMV.

Note: Last time I send them the Lowes rebate direct link

This implies Menard's will have 11% off next week. Buying a lot of lumber tomorrow.

Flint and Burton Michigan = good to go

I updated the quick summary with a list of states where this is valid and a link to the rebate.

OP, might I suggest listing the states where this is valid (IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NE, OH, SD, WI, WY) in the thread title.

I would like to give you a use case that I had last time they offered this.

I spend $2000 online at Lowes. com on one item.
I used a 10% coupon that you can easily obtain => $200 off
I used the discover 5% cash back for dept stores. => $75 back (reached the ceiling)
I used a competing web sites 5% cash back site for Lowes => $105 back
I also submitted the 11% rebate. => $210 gift card back

You could have sweetened the deal by getting gift cards at a discounted rate.

EDIT: Also the rebate was very simple.

So you only defrauded them of $200 via the coupon that you obtained that you know you are not entitled to and is likely counterfeit?  How long do you think retailers are going to survive with people taking advantage of them when Amazon is there to pounce?

  Wow.

Actually it was a single use code I bought off of eBay if you must know.  Not counterfeit.  I think you might be on the wrong web site if this stuff bothers you.

Those coupons are built into their prices. You know that both Home Depot and Lowes offer 10% off to active/reserve/retired military, right? If they factor that in to their prices, don't you think they factor in these coupons?
