I have this in one of my machines and suggest them for all the builds I do for my friends. Unless you are doing some crazy overclocking or are using a small case this is the way to go. Beats the pants off of a stock cooler and for the money you cant do any better.

It actually works pretty well in a small case too, I have one in my mATX build that is in a TT V21 case -- and its attached to an older (hotter) unclocked 4th Gen i7.  My cat dropped a furball on top of the last full size MB and I rebuilt it as a mATX, had to get a new heatsink to fit the case.
