doesnt "sleeve bearing" mean you have to replace the fan after a year?

Not in my experience, power supply fans hold up well. It may be they are better than typical cheap sleeve bearing case fans. Also, a sleeve bearing fan can be quieter, without the rattling noises from ball bearings.

    Thanks ragingwookie.

Was tempted to get this one as it is has active PFC. Seeing it has only 3 eggs and not so good reviews, decided to pass. Wanted to get one as a spare. Got a EVGA BT 450W a couple of days ago from the AMZN deal for the same price AR and free (PRIME) shipping.

Funny to see people debate or critique a $9.99 or $12.98 power supply.

It's not funny when you are using it for your primary computer and it stops working. Not everybody is into gaming/graphics.

Oh, sorry. Before running your million dollar business on a $9.99 power supply, please make sure the reviews are good. Makes sense to me.

Now it has free Shoprunner shipping. Would have helped a couple days ago.

Thanks op... picked one up and will pick up at Newegg's will call center in Indy to save the shipping (although it isn't much).

Newegg reviews indicate this is a dicey quality PSU. For $10 AR more there is a 400 watt Corsair unit at Newegg with excellent reviews. Enough juice to run up to a GTX 1060 GPU.
