I've just joined a hiking group via meetup.com.  Having only done vacation hikes, this is an avid group of hikers.  There are several hikes available in any given week, multiple difficulty levels.

Anyone doing hiking on a regular basis?

Just bought a pair of inexpensive hiking poles on Amazon.

The vistas on some elevated hikes have been breathtaking!

Solipsist hikes, I think. On a 4-wheeler.

I sometimes visit /r/njhiking on reddit just so I can live through their adventures.

Wife and I went hiking in north NJ at different locations. Hope to restart as soon as our daughter can get a little older.

Would have loved to hike but sports injuries busted my knee a couple of years ago.

Hike is exhausting but exciting!Especially join a group with same hobbies! i think it will be great for our vacations!

I don't want to be victim # 236332 that went hiking, got lost, ate their arm and died, only to be found 7 years later by another hiker.

When the bear is chasing us, I only have to outrun you, not the bear.
