The last time I used Redbox was years ago but I got this email anyway.  I didn't read it so I don't know if there is anything earth-shattering within.  Just letting you know that something has changed.

The changes in terms and condition and privacy policy only apply in the town of Beloit.

basically it is saying "we don't like no class action poo poo so you can't sue us for any mischievous actions, double billed? too bad, go hire an expensive lawyer while we ignore you since we choose the arbitration people and own them."

They change these terms up every few years to prompt the conspiracy wackos to change out the tin foil in their hats.

You're renting a DVD, not signing up for open heart surgery; give up your dreams of getting rich from a class action suit because your Finding Nemo disc had a scratch on it, and get back to work.

We'll remember that when the redbox shocks you and permanently puts you in a wheelchair or they charge half the nations consumers with not returning discs that cost all of us and makes them millions in scam money.
