Peep Show (354.19kB)
Disclaimer
When I was in Shanghai, I had to spend an extra day at the Ramada Shanghai East (flight was cancelled). This is a picture from in my room. There's a glass wall that looks directly into the shower, and behind that a glass shower door to look directly at the toilet. Talk about no privacy if one is sharing a room (it has two queen beds). There is a shade in the window, but it's very easy to see through even if pulled down.

The television only had Chinese stations, so the only alternate entertainment would be watching someone take a shower or taking a dump.

Am I old-fashioned or is this the way hotel rooms will be from now on?

seems bizarre that glass, a more costly material, would purposely be used. what do they think the added value is? seems strange to me, but somebody thought it would be worth the additional money to put this in.

THE STANDARD, DOWNTOWN LA

Has strange rooms.  I recall about 15 years ago in my friends room, you could see everything going on in the bathroom from the living room.  Glass walls!!!
