HOw did we know you were in a frat? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border=0>

Had the same problem ... used bleach in the afternoon and left it overnight ... then used the shower head to force some water down and it went right away. Good luck

Before I call a plumber (yet again) does anyone know of a chemical that will eat or dissolve hair in the tub drain? The avergae Drano and Liquid Plummer have not been effective with hair and I seem to remember someone saying I had to get something special.

Thanks. I appreciate all of your comments and am going to take action, although I'm not sure which action! I gotta get something done as I got teenage boys who need to get in the shower quick!

Do they still sell the compressed air stuff? I used one before. It came in a can and you invert it over the drain and press down. It worked for me.

I'm with the people who say take out the hair.

Use Instant Power (dissolves hair & grease). Comes in a black 2 litre container.
I bought it at Home Depot. I have only used it 2-3 times in the past 4 years and it works great!

I use half a bottle of bleach now & then. Cheap, easy & effective. Won't do much about hair.
