Do we have an English teacher on call?

If we consider the plural of Jedi to be Jedi, there's a big difference between

The Last Jedi

and

The Last Of The Jedi

Does an English major count?

I know George Lucas based the word Jedi on samurai, which is can apply to both the name of a group as well as the name of individuals. So "The Last Jedi" is pretty much "The Last Samurai" - it could mean the last Jedi Knight or the last of the Jedi.

Hopefully this doesn't entail a Tom Cruise cameo, but after Daniel Craig was a stormtrooper, who knows?

Aren't you a little short for a storm trooper?
