How to install Tomato Shibby Mod on Buffalo WHR-G54S

I am stuck at a crucial step of flashing Tomato Shibby Mod on my Buffalo WHR-G54.
Years ago I successfully installed tomato 1.27 on Asus WL-520GU Router - Currently running smoothly.

I have been looking at various forums for the instruction on flashing Tomato Shibby Mod without much success.
The instructions for flashing Tomato 1.28 are quite clear in the Wiki and various forums and it's now quite easy by using the .bat file to flash with the .bin file.
However, I don't understand what should I do once I have downloaded the Tomato Shibby Mod K24 file (tomato-ND-1.28.5x-124-VPN.trx).

Should I use the .bat file to flash above .trx file or do it the old fashioned (but painful) way via the tftp client ?
Any help will be appreciated as  don't really want to brick it

These are the various sites I have visited:
