find a hotel and store the bags there. Most large hotels will have a luggage storage area for guest that have already checked out, or are going to check in. Unless it is a 5 start hotel, they aren't tied into the front desk.

Agree. Your hotel should let you store your bags on your last day, then you can come back later to pick them up.
It's the same as checking in at 6:00 am, leaving your bags with the front desk. They'll store them and give you a receipt. You then come back later when your room is ready.
I've done both many times. I've also had delayed or misdirected luggage sent to my hotels. Airlines screw things up all the time.

We're not in a hotel but in a rental, our host advises me about several solutions ; he talked to me about sncf locker, city-locker or eelway.

So what do you think ?

So I tried this Eelway's mobile luggage storage and it was quite simple.
The guy sent us a text an hour before arriving and collected our luggage at our rental. He sealed each bag and asked me to sign on his phone to confirm the seals numbers.
10 hours later at the airport, I met him at the rendez-vous point I received by email and by text. He was easy to spot with his branded yellow tee-shirt.
Another signature and done.
Very happy with this. I was a bit worried at the beginning but we had a chat for about 10 minutes before leaving.
