Blessed Tropical is the brain child of Shawn "Beenie" Williams and Sandra "Jerry" Estrada. For over 15 years, both Shawn and Sandra have been providing the Los Angeles basin with the best in Caribbean cuisine.
Shawn's resume includes Donna's Jamaican cuisine, People's Choice Jamaican restaurant, and personal catering for people and events. Sandra "Jerry" Estrada resume includes Wi Jammin Jamaican Restaurant, Cafe Barbados, Carib Jamaican Restaurant, and Tropix Caribbean flavor restaurant, which was her first restaurant. In addition, Sandra has been a vendor at various shows in the Western US, the most notable of these being the annual Ragga Muffin festival (formerly the Bob Marley festival) in Long Beach, California.
